Bobitecnic has aimed to offer its customers an effective solution to the evolution of new technologies, converting the current system for the turbine control in an online control system (CRTonline) via an internet connection.
The service will be operational 24h a day 365 days a year, as long as the internet connection is operative.
Monitoring and access will be done through web.

As shown in the previous image, the CRTonline service is linked to our central server through the Internet. This way we can collect data from the plant constantly 24 hours a day.
The system allows users to access the web via the internet to the Scada of their central office. The client will access via a web to a personalized menu, with restricted access to anyone else, where will be shown the central or centrals and can operate them from here.
Users can access the central through a conventional desktop computer, through a laptop, a tablet, a smartphone or a conventional mobile phone.
For conventional mobile phones (not smartphones), CRTonline can be configured to display text type. In the other devices you can configure the 2 types of visualization, so that the end user can choose at any time if they need Scada or text type display.
The CRTonline system is assimilated to the conventional system, in terms of graphical interface, with some modifications when visualizing the graphs, reports, setpoints and access to other devices of the central as cameras.
The most important thing is that the exchange has broadband Internet connection (ADSL) or Internet Mobile 3G (UMTS), for centrals that can not have Internet by telephone line (ADSL). Both systems work correctly.
Some of the most important aspects or advantages of the system is that the user is totally free to make the modem call as he did through the conventional CRT system and so he can consult the data and / or operate his power plant from his office in any Moment and from anywhere, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

System Installation
Due to the wide variety of existing plants, the integration of the CRTonline system can be implemented through two options.
Option A:
For installations with operaive ADSL:

(*) In this case the field operation will consist only on the installation of a network cable converter to Modbus TCP, the updating of the SC16 (if necessary) and the commissioning of the system.
For installations with Internet currently operating, access data will be required to the device of the Internet provider.
Option B:
For installations without ADSL.
This option is the same as Optin A, adding a device that allows as access to the internet (for examplke a 3G Router).
(OPTIONAL) For clients that desire a redundant system for the internet connection, a contract with two different distributors will be done (if is possible), allowing to commute one to another, in case one fails.
The operation service, does not include the maintenance of the devices that provide the internet access to the power plant (such as Routers, Telephone lines, Satellite, etc.).
